How do I change the date and time for a workout session?

The date, time, and other attributes are controlled through the Inspector window. Select the session you want to edit and open the Inspector by clicking the toolbar icon or the Windows menu item.

What devices can Runner's Log import data from?

Runner's Log will only import Nike+ and Stopwatch data from compatible iPods, included with the fifth generation iPod, iPod Classic, and all iPod Nano models. Support for additional software and hardware is planned for future versions. Send us an email if you'd like to request support for your device.
